Title: Experienced Independent Travel Advisor (Commission-Based)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Based)

The Role
As an Independent Travel Advisor at fourwinds, you will be responsible for building and managing your own portfolio of high-net-worth clients while leveraging our network, expertise, and supplier relationships. This is a fully commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for those with strong sales skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with HNW and UHNW travellers, understanding their preferences and delivering bespoke travel solutions.

  • Sales & Business Development: Proactively generate leads, grow your client base, and close high-value bookings for tailor-made luxury travel experiences.

  • Luxury Itinerary Curation: Design and propose high-end travel experiences, leveraging fourwinds’ partnerships and insider knowledge.

  • Supplier & Partner Coordination: Work closely with our network of hoteliers, cruise lines, transport providers, and experience curators to deliver seamless travel arrangements.

  • Exceptional Service Delivery: Provide white-glove service from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, ensuring an impeccable experience for every client.

  • Industry Engagement: Attend luxury travel trade events, networking sessions, and familiarisation (FAM) trips to stay updated on exclusive offerings and build strong industry connections.

  • Brand Representation: Uphold fourwinds’ reputation as a leading luxury travel provider by delivering a professional, sophisticated, and service-oriented approach.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced: At least 3–5 years in luxury travel sales, high-end hospitality, or a similar role catering to affluent clients.

  • Self-Motivated: You thrive in an independent, commission-based role and are driven by results.

  • Well-Connected: A strong network of HNW and UHNW individuals is a plus.

  • Sales-Focused: Proven track record in closing luxury travel bookings and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in crafting personalised travel plans, anticipating client needs, and ensuring seamless execution.

  • Industry-Savvy: Enthusiastic about attending industry events and leveraging FAM trips to enhance your expertise.

  • Global Mindset: Passion for luxury travel and firsthand experience in key destinations like Japan, Europe, and beyond.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, booking platforms, and digital communication tools.
