Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”), together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents provided to you prior to booking, form the entire agreement between you and Quattro Venti Pte. Ltd., trading as “Fourwinds” (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a private limited company registered in Singapore (Company Registration Number 202422505Z, STB TA03769, IATA 96171530). Please read these T&Cs carefully, as they outline the rights and obligations of all parties involved. The terms “you” and “your” refer to all individuals listed on the booking, including any individuals added or substituted thereafter.

Before booking, ensure that you fully comprehend all relevant information concerning your trip. By making a booking and submitting a deposit, the primary individual listed on the booking (“lead client”) confirms that they have read and accepted these T&Cs on behalf of all individuals listed in the booking. The lead client consents to the use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and is authorised to disclose personal details, including special categories of data, on behalf of all individuals listed in the booking. The lead client acknowledges that all individuals included in the booking assume financial responsibility for the entire group. Bookings for minors (under 18) must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

Fourwinds’ booking conditions apply exclusively to the trip or holiday arrangements booked through us and agreed upon as part of our contract with you. All references in these T&Cs to “trip,” “booking,” “contract,” or “arrangements” pertain solely to such trip or holiday arrangements unless otherwise specified. References to “departure” indicate the start date of these arrangements.

OUR CONTRACT

a. All bookings are made with Fourwinds. By booking a trip in writing, via telephone, electronically, or in person, you agree to our T&Cs, which constitute the entire agreement between you and us. The services we provide are those referenced in your booking confirmation invoice. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the invoice/confirmation and promptly report any discrepancies to Fourwinds.

b. Services not arranged or provided by Fourwinds are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

VALIDITY

All dates, itineraries, and prices are valid only for the dates indicated in the invoice or confirmation.

BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS, AND BALANCE PAYMENTS

a. Bookings:

  • Engage in a consultation with a Fourwinds Travel Advisor to discuss your proposed itinerary. Upon your approval of the quotation, an invoice shall be issued for your reference.

  • Remit the deposit within forty-eight (48) hours of accepting the invoice. Should the deposit not be received within this specified period, Fourwinds reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

  • Thoroughly examine all confirmation and invoice documents. Should any discrepancies or inaccuracies be identified, promptly notify your Fourwinds Travel Advisor.

  • Verify that the name of each individual listed in the booking corresponds precisely with the name on their passport.

b. Deposit:

The deposit is non-refundable and is treated as part payment. A binding contract is formed once the deposit is received and an invoice is issued.

c. Balance Payments:

  • Additional part payments may be required before the standard balance due date. We reserve the right to return your deposit and decline to issue a booking confirmation at our discretion.

  • Once all elements of your booking are confirmed, a confirmation invoice with balance payment details will be issued.

  • The remaining balance must be received at least ten weeks prior to departure. If less than ten weeks remain, the balance is due at booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

  • All requested details for travel arrangements must be provided. The booking cannot be confirmed without these details.

d. Cancellations:

  • If we must cancel a booking before confirming it, we will refund your deposit within ten business days.

  • If you cancel for any other reason before receiving your confirmation invoice, standard cancellation charges will apply.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

a. Travel insurance covering personal liability, medical emergencies, and holiday cancellations is mandatory from the time the contract is formed until the trip concludes. Inform your insurer of your travel type, destination, and any high-risk activities.

c. The Singapore Tourism Board encourages purchasing travel insurance against travel agent insolvency. A list of service providers can be found here.

PRICING AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE

a. Prices are quoted in SGD or the local currency of the supplier. Balance payments will be subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
